Living good on a budget, and sustainable

Raising a puppy is a rewarding experience but it can also be very stressful.

This section of my blog talks about getting a new puppy. What food to pick, toys, bed, crates, training and the list goes on. I have raised 3 dogs and I can tell you some of the stuff you will buy is just a waste of money. The dog business is very profitable, $76.8 billion to be exact. You do not want to waste your hard earned money on things you do not need.

We will go through how I came to choose to a puppy, how I got my dogs and what it took to raise my puppies. Raising a puppy that was born before, during and after the pandemic.

My pre-pandemic my puppy was social-able, we did all 3 levels of dog training, she ran and played with everyone. Some separation anxiety but not that bad. She was a very happy, energetic puppy. After the pandemic she became overly shy.

My pandemic dog went to some dog training but they closed the training  shortly after due to concerns. He received little to no socialization. Inside my house he is a joy, step outside and I have a barking crazy dog. Even to this day he is not a happy camper at daycare.

My post-pandemic puppy is confident and friendly. She loves daycare and spending time with other dogs and animals.

I hope you are able to learn from my mistakes and avoid getting the puppy blues.
